FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What are the available sizes and capacities for this customizable ceramic mug?
A: This ceramic mug's capacity is 13oz(D9*H10cm). If you need a different size for a bulk order, please contact our customer service team for custom options.
Q: How does the personalization and full-print process work?
A: After adding the mug to your cart, you will be prompted to upload your design. We accept high-resolution images, vector files (AI, EPS, PDF), and common image formats (JPG, PNG) with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. For full-print mugs, your design will wrap around the entire surface, including the handle area. You can preview the placement using our online design tool before finalizing your order. Our team will review the file and contact you if adjustments are needed.
Q: Is this mug dishwasher and microwave safe?
A: Yes, the mug is both dishwasher and microwave safe. The high-quality ceramic and glaze are designed to withstand normal dishwasher cycles and microwave reheating. To preserve the vibrancy of your custom print, we recommend using the top rack for dishwasher cleaning and avoiding prolonged microwave use above 3 minutes. Hand washing is also a great option for extended print life.
Q: What materials are used, and is the mug odor-resistant?
A: The mug is made from premium ceramic that is fired at high temperatures and coated with a smooth, refined glaze. This glaze is non-porous, which makes the mug resistant to absorbing odors and stains, so your coffee, tea, or other beverages will taste fresh every time. The materials are BPA-free and food-safe, meeting FDA standards for repeated use.
Q: Can I return or exchange a customized mug if I am not satisfied?
A: Because each mug is made to order with your personal design, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if the mug arrives damaged, defective, or the print quality does not match your approved proof, we will replace it free of charge. Please inspect your mug upon delivery and contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for 30 days from the purchase date.
Usage Instructions & Precautions
Care and Usage Guidelines
Dishwasher & Microwave Safe: This mug is designed to withstand normal dishwasher cycles and microwave reheating. For best results and to extend the life of your custom print, we recommend placing the mug on the top rack when using a dishwasher and avoiding microwave use exceeding 3 minutes at a time.
Hand Washing: While the mug is dishwasher safe, hand washing with mild detergent and a soft sponge is the gentlest method. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that may scratch the glaze or print.
Temperature: Suitable for hot and cold beverages. Do not expose the mug to extreme temperature changes (e.g., pouring boiling water into a cold mug) to prevent thermal shock.
Storage: Store in a dry place. Stack only if mugs are of similar size and have protective padding to avoid scratching the print.
Safety: This mug is BPA-free and food-safe. Always inspect for chips or cracks before use and discontinue use if damaged.
