Q: What’s your sample policy?
A: Normal Solid-Color Microfiber Towel is free sample. Customers only need to pay for the shipping cost ( DHL / Fedex / TNT / UPS ). Samples of Printed Towel or Custom-Made need to pay sample charges.
Q: How long is your sample time?
A: About 3~5 days for our existing samples.
About 12~30 days for customized samples
Q:What's your payment terms?
A: T/T 30% deposit before production and the balance before delivery.
T/T, Alibaba Trade Assurance Order and PayPal are acceptable.
Q:What's your minimum order quantity?
A: Normally 200 pieces/design, special custom requirement may need more quantity.

Q:How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
A: Customers are welcome to get existing sample towel or custom printed sample towels before placing an order. We revise the sample according to your ideas after you receiving the samples.
